Ability to assist in complex cardiac surgical procedures, including CABG, valve, aortic, transplant, LVAD/ECMO, and robotic cardiac surgery cases. Participation in call rotation, typically consisting of approximately one weeknight call per week and one weekend per month, subject to team coverage needs. Preferred Qualifications Cardiac Surgery First Assist experience strongly preferred. Experience serving as a first or second assist in the operating room. New graduate Physician Assistants will be considered.
