Overview The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for Perioperative Services provides clinical, operational, and leadership support for a diverse procedural services department, including the Operating Room (OR), Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab), Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology (IR), Ambulatory Surgical Unit (ASU), and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). Supports implementation of new programs, technologies, and process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration, Leadership, or related field preferred. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred, based on patient population served. CNOR, CAPA, CPAN, RCIS, or other specialty certification preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive perioperative nursing experience required. Demonstrated knowledge of perioperative workflows, procedural services operations, and regulatory standards.
