What You’ll Do As Director, you will: Provides functional and operational oversight of centralized program managers and remote caregiver health nursing operations, ensuring clear accountability for system standards, deliverables, and outcome Develops and prioritizes strategic safety initiatives in collaboration Quality, Patient Safety, Regulatory, Clinical Risk, and Human Resources to align safety initiatives and caregiver support programs. In collaboration with system strategy and operational leaders, designs and manages ongoing integration of ZoomCare and PeaceHealth occupational health services to meet the needs of both organizations. Partners with system leadership and community executives to lead initiatives that improve caregiver and patient safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to occupational health and infection prevention standards. Responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining the program budget while evaluating performance outcomes, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and sustained operational effectiveness.
