About The Role As a Registered Nurse in our Level IV NICU, you’ll practice at the highest level of neonatal care, supporting the most critically ill and medically complex newborns. Our NICU is staffed by a full spectrum of pediatric subspecialists, highly trained neonatal nurses, and advanced technology, all dedicated exclusively to infants and children. Located on our main campus, our care model allows seamless, 24/7 collaboration with nationally recognized experts across pediatric medical and surgical subspecialties, including neurology and beyond. This integrated team approach ensures immediate access to trusted colleagues and specialized expertise, empowering nurses to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care while making a meaningful impact on our tiniest patients and their families.
