DEFINITION: Develop and implement total nursing care for patients by assessment, nursing diagnosis, patient care plans, provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Develop systems to provide care to a population including infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE): Authorized to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma. Current Basic Life Support. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: BSN. Experience, school attendance record and performance record may be considered. #ZR DEFINITION: Supports delivery of quality patient care and daily operations by working cooperatively with nursing staff and other healthcare team personnel. Maintains standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting and participates in patient and family teaching. Performs essential competency standards as described in the Registered Nurse job description. Provide care to a population including infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. EDUCATION: As required by the State Board of Nursing. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE): Current Oklahoma license for Registered Nurse. BLS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Recent clinical experience is required. Some units may require additional skills or credentials. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Two years clinical experience. BSN preferred. DEFINITION: Provides quality patient care in the home setting utilizing the nursing process and accomplishes indirect patient/office related work in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Home Health Department. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE): Authorized to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in mental health facility, with basic knowledge. Satisfactorily completed the hospital orientation program, meet additional credentials for special care unit as indicated in skills checklist. #ZR 
DEFINITION: The LPN is accountable for delivery of patient care in the clinic during office hours. The LPN is responsible for: practicing within the LPN scope of practice managing any assigned personnel and promoting collaboration among the disciplines. The LPN is accountable to the Physician Supervisor, Department Director, patient and family for all nursing behavior. Patient population includes: all age groups to include children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE): Authorized to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Oklahoma.
