Job Summary and Responsibilities As a CNA Patient Care Assistant, you will be a central figure on our patient care team, providing direct, compassionate, hands-on support to patients and assisting nurses and other healthcare professionals. Reports and records any changes in the patient's condition, vital signs, or behavior of the patients and any unusual incident immediately to the nurse in charge and assists in intervention as directed.
