On a daily basis review and prepare patient charts including: Call for imaging and lab results Call referring offices to obtain office notes and diagnostic testing results Ensure a & b above are received in time for the physician to review prior to the patient’s appointment Promptly, and in a friendly warm manner, greet the patient in the waiting room.
