Job Overview The Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Lead serves as a front-line clinical and operational leader, responsible for supervising and managing the performance of a defined group of APPs at CHCO and/or partner sites. This role is accountable for safe, efficient, high-quality site-based care delivery, while modeling expert clinical practice and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
