How you make a difference In their role, the Director of Nursing (DON) is accountable for developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures that align with best practices and meet regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversees daily operations and manages budgets, policies, and procedures to align with facility goals and objectives.
