The EP nursing team delivers care across multiple ambulatory locations and specialized programs, including clinic nursing, nurse navigation, and subspecialty workflows for increasingly complex patient populations. The Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations, cross-site coordination, staffing, onboarding, education, clinical standardization, physician collaboration, and the execution of growth initiatives. This leader will promote operational consistency, align nursing practice, develop team members, support continued EP program growth, and collaborate with Medical Center departments and service lines to ensure comprehensive, high-quality patient care. Responsibilities also include contributing to overall practice management and the education and professional development of nurses, unlicensed assistive personnel, and other clinic staff as appropriate to the care setting. Strong leadership experience is preferred. Successful candidates will have a cardiac background and experience maintaining established programs. YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be working with our clients helping them with day-to-day activities so that they can age in place. You will have a MAJOR impact on their life helping them with things like…. Bathing and dressing so they can start their day feeling good. Preparing nutritious meals for them so their body can heal, and they will have the energy they need to make it through the day. Make sure they are taking their medications to reduce visits to the hospital. Sometimes run errands for them. Helping with light housekeeping so that their environment is clean and safe… Assist them with other mental and physical exercises designed to help them improve their health and reduce the risk of fall. APPLY NOW JOB REQUIREMENTS: Experience with caring for Elderly and disabled people. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver license and auto insurance. Must have a clean background record and be able to pass a drug screen. Must be dependable and have excellent communication skills. Pay Range: $15-$17/Hour
