Job Overview: We are hiring a compassionate caregiver for a Saturday shift (9am-12pm PST) to support our client with hands-on care and daily living needs and r equires experience with hands-on personal cares. The Caregiver provides companionship to those individuals requiring socialization and/or minimum guidance to assure a protected environment and performs home management services within the client’s home. The Caregiver follows the service plan and promotes quality, continuity and safety of a client. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities of the Caregiver includes, but are not limited to the following: Assist clients with hands-on personal care needs, including mobility, hygiene, and daily living tasks. Provides companionship by reading, conversation, and listening. Participates in appropriate recreational activities and hobbies for social and sensory stimulation. Maintains a safe home environment for the client. Accompany clients on walks, community trips, doctor’s office, bank, etc. Inform Agency Manager/Care Designer of any changes in assignment. Provides emotional support and promotes a sense of well-being. May prepare meals. May perform light housework and laundering of clothing to maintain a clean, neat environment. Assists in the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment. Grocery shopping with or without a client. Uses equipment and supplies safely and properly. Education And/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Training in topics related to human development and interpersonal relationships, nutrition, food handling, and principals of cleanliness and safety. Clean driving record Skills and Abilities Experience with hands-on caregiving, including personal care and mobility support. Ability to communicate effectively with patient/client, family members, clinical management, and staff. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Communication skills, light housekeeping skills, cooking, cleaning, and shopping. Caring attitude, tact, patience, and good personal hygiene. Physical Demands The work requires light physical exertion on a regular and recurring basis such as driving and light housekeeping. Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day As an Ageless Provider, you’ll serve as a trusted clinician for patients pursuing lasting improvements in their health and vitality. You’ll lead patient evaluations, manage treatment plans, and oversee the delivery of safe, evidence-based therapies that produce measurable results. Daily responsibilities include: Conducting new patient consultations, reviewing medical histories, and performing physical assessments. Ordering, reviewing, and interpreting lab work and diagnostic tests to inform individualized treatment plans. Prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and related medications. Overseeing the administration of weight management treatments , including GLP-1 medications , and monitoring patient progress. Providing clinical oversight for nursing staff performing blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections. Reviewing and signing off on patient charts, treatment documentation, and lab results in the EMR. Ensuring compliance with all state and federal medical regulations, safety standards, and internal protocols. Educating patients about hormone optimization, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to enhance results. Collaborating closely with the medical director and clinical leadership to maintain consistent, high-quality care across the clinic.
