POSITION SUMMARY The purpose of your job position is to provide each resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards that govern the facility and as directed by your supervisors. As an LVN, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and ensure that our facility meets all applicable regulations and standards. Job Summary: As a full-time member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our residents, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and assessing and documenting changes in their condition. We have a full-time AM shift (7AM-3PM) position available, and at least 1 year of LVN SNF experience is required. Rate is $33-$38 an hour depending on experience.
