Enliven is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to service home infusion patients in Dallas, TX, and surrounding locations. The ideal candidate must be well-trained and able to give the best nursing care possible with little supervision. They will educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate must be compassionate, cool-tempered, and capable of handling emergent situations. They must follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. Responsibilities: Complete daily electronic forms for each assigned patient within a secured Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System. Implement patient care plan in conjunction with patient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution of needs/problems.
