If unable to perform a certain task, report to the Case Manager immediately. Provide patient and family with positive communication techniques, within realm of ethical and respectful care, including confidentiality. Description RN Nurse Manager for the Bridges Acute Care Crisis Psychiatric Unit at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in San Pedro, CA. This is a full-time leadership position. Accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of the inpatient nursing unit and/or FTE's over 50 on a 24 hour basis.
