Must have patience, tact, a pleasant disposition and enthusiasm. Must provide annual verification of a negative TB skin test. PERFORMS RELATED DUTIES: This position is accountable to the Director of Nursing for the provision of nursing care to a specific resident population and supervision of staff assigned to the unit. The Unit Manager/Director works within the framework of the policies, procedures, standards and philosophy of the Nursing Department.
