Establish a system for measuring adherence to these critical systems. Enhance Quality of Life: Define standards and tools for monitoring adherence to dementia care protocols. Provide crucial support to Social Services in areas such as event management, grievance response, guardianship, and advance directives. Collaborate with Activities teams to implement innovative service approaches and ensure regulatory compliance. Champion Infection Control: Provide expert guidance on infection control protocols, responding effectively to new regulatory requirements and assisting in the revision of company clinical standards based on industry best practices and research.
