He works closely with St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center leadership to expand access to advanced electrophysiology services across Long Island, with an emphasis on early and definitive treatment strategies. Dr. Germano is board certified in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology and Cardiovascular Disease . Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical examinations. Order and review diagnostic testing, including ECGs and cardiac monitoring. Collaborate with electrophysiology cardiologists to develop and manage treatment plans. Provide pre- and post-procedure care for patients undergoing EP procedures, including ablations and pacemaker/ICD implantation. Manage follow-up care for patients with arrhythmias and implanted cardiac devices. Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medications, procedures, and ongoing care.
