Serves as mentor/preceptor and provides day to day guidance to less experienced nurses Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities): Education/Training – Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN or MSN preferred RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state. Current CPR certification required. Business Experience – Minimum five years actively practicing as a registered nurse, including at least three years oncology experience. One-year leadership experience preferred Specialized Knowledge/Skills – Oncology certification preferred Chemotherapy Immunotherapy provider card preferred Working Conditions: Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) – Traditional office environment.
