About the Role: The Registered Professional Nurse provides psychiatric and medical nursing services as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role includes conducting psychiatric and physical health assessments, administering and managing medications, providing health education, coordinating care with physicians and other providers, and delivering supportive and restorative interventions. The nurse plays a key role in treatment planning, crisis intervention, and promoting overall wellness for individuals receiving services. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments addressing psychological, physical, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
