Clinical Crisis Response: Immediate response to obstetric and neonatal emergencies, neonatal resuscitations, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Bi-Campus Coordination: Facilitate patient transfers, float staff between campuses, and ensure equitable resource distribution across both facilities.
