Set up and maintain a regular schedule of appropriate activities for residents referred to restorative therapy, including but not limited to ambulation, grooming and hygiene, and self-feeding. Carries out ambulation programs, range of motion programs maintenance exercise programs, and activities of daily living training programs, including dressing, grooming and hygiene. Required Skills/Abilities Consistent execution of quality customer service . Maintains and demonstrates ethical conduct . Able to effectively communicate with geriatric and/or confused residents and a variety of other people such as family members, visitors, vendors, Private Duty Residents, and staff. Positive and constructive attitude. Demonstrated knowledge of body mechanics and safe feeding techniques. Consistently able to do repetitive detail work.
