Job Summary and Responsibilities As our SWAT RN, you will be a vital resource for ensuring the continuity of high-quality patient care across St. Elizabeth Hospital. This critical role involves navigating various clinical departments, including ICU and PCU, to provide expert nursing interventions, manage complex patient needs, and serve as a clinical leader during high-acuity periods.
