The Quality and Safety RN in Women's Health participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of a system-wide quality and safety program with responsibility for the functional components of the program, including auditing, chart review, staff competency, simulation and drills, education, and interface with other clinical departments. At least 5 years of Registered Nurse work experience is required. BSN is required.
