Job Overview The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) provides expert Family-Centered Care across the wellness-illness continuum, providing primary, acute, chronic and critical care to infants and toddlers up to age 2 years. Documents nursing assessments, patient teaching and fluid and medication administration in the patient chart. Communicates all pertinent information and any interventions to the physician. Triages patient phone calls as needed and documents relevant information in the patient's chart.
