POSITION OVERVIEW The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with the established procedures and may be directed by your supervisors. Key Responsibilities Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including but not limited to, trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds. Assists with all aspects of meal service including but not limited to, transportation of residents to and from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience.
