What is Required? Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, or Associate School of Nursing. Current State License as a Licensed Vocational / Practical Nurse. 1+ year of experience in a clinical care setting. Experience in a hospice or home health environment is preferred. Able and willing to travel within the branch/office coverage area. Must be able and willing to travel 50%. Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
