BMC is a major referral care center and the only Level 1 trauma center and pediatric trauma center in the area. The Registered Nurse role offers the opportunity for meaningful impact while supporting patients, serving the community and collaborating with a specialized team. The Registered Nurse Will: Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide expected standards of care based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational spiritual, safety, and age-appropriate considerations of patients. Assumes responsibility for the patient's plan of care and is held accountable for decisions specific to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
