The Med Tech also assists with resident care needs and supports the overall well-being and safety of residents in the Assisted Living Facility. Accurately document medication administration, refusals, and any noted changes in resident condition in the Medication Administration Record (MAR) and facility records. Assist with scheduling and tracking physician orders, medication refills, and pharmacy communications.
