SUMMARY: The RN Nursing Supervisor performs professional supervisory nursing practice in the care of the physically and mentally ill. Work involves responsibility for supervising the provision of quality nursing care given at the facility. When the concern is non-urgent, notifies manager by phone message or e-mail. Receives employee, resident and family grievances. Refers information to appropriate manager.
