Ability to work productively and effectively within a complex environment, handle multiple/changing priorities and specialized equipment. Good clinical judgment with critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities required as related to various aspects of patient care. What You Need as an RN or LPN: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse. Current LPN or RN licensure by the PA State Board of Nursing. CPR certification (prior to or upon employment). Previous experience in long-term care preferred. Basic computer knowledge required. Effective oral and written communication skills required.
