Qualifications - Graduate from an accredited LPN program - Active NYS LPN licensure (Legally Required) - Current BLS certification (Policy Requirement) - High School or GED (Required) - Graduate of an Accredited Nursing school for Licensed Practical Nurse (Required) - Knowledge of EMR systems/programs (Required) - Microsoft Office Suite (Preferred)
