Prior ADON, Nurse Manager, Unit Manager, Infection Preventionist, or nursing leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of infection prevention practices and regulatory requirements. Infection prevention certification or specialized training is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
