Assign tasks to other personnel. Ensure quality care delivery accountability. Take corrective action when necessary. Essential Functions of the Role Administer clinical assessments with reasoning. Identify, prioritize patient needs. Develop, implement, evaluate nursing plan. Modify plan for outcomes. Participate in the initiatives aimed at improving the quality and performance of our healthcare services. Create a therapeutic and conducive environment for patients, their families, and our staff. Tailor the care plan to accommodate the unique differences of each patient and their family. Act on behalf of patients in addressing concerns of an ethical and clinical nature. Work in partnership with colleagues and the community to execute an integrated care plan. Utilize resources wisely to resolve potential issues for patients, their families, and our staff. Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care ethics is helpful. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary.
