Position Overview: The Special Float Registered Nurse (RN) provides flexible and comprehensive nursing care across multiple units within the healthcare facility. This role requires adaptability to work in various clinical settings, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients in diverse environments. The Special Float RN is responsible for performing patient assessments, administering treatments, coordinating care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This position demands strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to quickly adjust to different patient needs and unit protocols. The Special Float RN plays a critical role in maintaining continuity of care and supporting staff across the organization. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands on acute patient care at the bedside.
