Registered Nurse – Med/Surg - PRN Medical City Alliance, Fort Worth, Texas Shift: PRN (see seasonal requirements below) Pay: 55/hr. Seasonal program lasts from September 20, 2026, to April 3, 2027 PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS All seasonal RRT’s are required to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period during the seasonal period. Within a close geographical area, you may be asked to float to another facility which has an emergency staffing need. Four (4) weekend shifts are required each 4-week schedule period. During the course of the 32-week period, the employee is required to work two (2) holiday shifts (defined by Department Manager or designee). Seasonal Staff are PRN status employees and are subject to first call-off. There are no guaranteed hours by the hospital. Seasonal Staff will not be eligible for extra shift bonuses. Therapists, who are in the Seasonal program, will have one opportunity to pass the clinical competency evaluation. Must be able to manage an adult ICU patient with neurological, pulmonary, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, genitourinary disorders/conditions. Must provide safe medical administration using the patient's six (6) rights, provide maintenance and management of IV access, must be able to perform POC monitoring, demonstrate safe infection control practices and CRRT for the adult ICU patient. Supports pain management as appropriate for each individual patient, provides emergency resuscitation care of an adult and provides an individualized plan of care.
