Job Description Harborview Medical Center is seeking experienced ED Registered Nurses to join our nationally recognized Emergency Department. As the region's only Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center, Harborview provides care to patients with a wide range of medical, surgical, psychiatric, and traumatic conditions. Our ED nurses practice at the top of their license while working alongside an exceptional multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care. This recruitment will be used to fill future Emergency Department RN vacancies. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Provide rapid assessment, triage, and stabilization of patients with emergent and life-threatening conditions. Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, social workers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team. Care for a diverse patient population with complex medical, surgical, psychiatric, and trauma-related needs. Utilize critical thinking and evidence-based practice to make timely clinical decisions.
