Performs a variety of functions and technical procedures necessary for the admission of patients, utilizing the Nursing processes of assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and outcome evaluation. Also identify at least one potential successor to the Nurse Manager role. Completes appropriate management conferences.
