GENERAL JOB SUMMARY An exempt clinical position where the nurse practitioner (NP) is responsible for providing direct patient care. The NP participates as a leader of the skilled nursing facility (SNF) care team. If there is a documented work history as a Nurse Practitioner with greater than 3600 practice hours. Escort patient to the examination room, instruct patients on the preparation for examination.
