We actively support our employees in pursuing advancement and leadership roles within the company. *New grads are encouraged to apply - we'll train you in the exciting field of correctional healthcare! * Qualifications Experience / Requirements / Qualifications Holds a current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse within State Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Hemodialysis Staff RN in a healthcare setting, with correctional healthcare experience preferred Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or other relevant certifications may be preferred Must possess an active BLS CPR Certification (American Heart Association preferred) Strong clinical assessment, IV insertion, medication administration, and emergency response skills Understanding of renal physiology, the causes and progression of kidney disease, and the principles of hemodialysis Previous experience working in a correctional facility, familiarity with security protocols and procedures Ability to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information Integrity, professionalism and ability to adhere to a Code of Conduct and comply with all facility(s) correctional healthcare policies, procedures, and legal requirements Must pass the facility’s criminal background check and drug screening We know you may have questions before applying.
