Job Overview The Operating Room Nurse Certified provides patient care in a surgical setting in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice with the policies, values, and mission of the organization. Initiates and anticipates individualized care and education for patients/families across the continuum using an interdisciplinary approach. Utilizes outcome data at the patient level to make care decisions. Provides insights into quality improvement activities and uses quality measures to understand individual and unit performance. Communicates observations or concerns related to unsafe situations that pose a risk to patients, families or the health care team. Minimum Qualifications Degrees Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Experience Two (2) years perioperative nursing experience Licenses & Certifications BLS/CPR, PALS, and ACLS from the American Heart Association with at least 6 months left before expiration is required upon hire. Current State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) CNOR within 6 months of hire. Salary Information Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Job Overview The Clinical Manager oversees the daily operations of a direct patient care department, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards. This role provides clinical leadership, guiding staff in delivering developmentally appropriate care and evaluating outcomes. Our team provides comprehensive neurologic care to pediatric patients with a wide range of acute, episodic, and chronic neurological and neurodevelopmental conditions. Neurology ambulatory nurses collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team that includes advanced practice providers, registered nurses, medical assistants, EEG/EMG technologists, social workers, and pediatric neurologists, including epileptologists, neuroimmunology specialists, neuromuscular specialists. Together, we coordinate care for patients across the continuum while supporting both diagnostic evaluations and ongoing disease management.
