RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state. 3-5 years nursing experience, preferrably in oncology. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Oncology certification preferred. Level Sr (in addition to level 2 requirements): Five years nursing experience.
