RN- Emergency Room (Per Diem, Day shift) What You'll Be Doing The Registered Nurse (RN) Provides professional nursing care within the Emergency Department to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Provides direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting. Provides care that reflects initiative, flexibility and responsibility indicative of professional expectation with a minimum of supervision. The ability to triage safely, rapidly and accurately, every patient that enters the ED. Determines priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs, as well as factors influencing patient flow through the department. Communicate with the physicians about changes in patient's status, symptomatology and results of diagnostic studies. The ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Demonstrate the ability to use equipment specific to the Emergency Department. Serenity Hospice Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to join our team in the Morris area. . This team will be responsible for care & services to patients as needed. Candidates must hold a valid CHHA License in the state of New Jersey in order to be considered. Opportunities for overtime always available! Responsibilities: Care for patients in the facility as needed. Assist with activities of daily living. Follow care plans and deliver the highest level of care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team. Communicate with families and patients. Requirements: Valid CHHA License in NJ.
