Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. - Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities. - Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. - Monitor and report any changes in clients' health status to the care coordinator. - Follow individualized care plans and provide care with compassion and respect. - Ensure clients' comfort and safety at all times. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
