Able to verbalize and demonstrate proper rationale and techniques surrounding all aspects of indwelling urinary catheter care as per policy #4668. Fulfills the requirements for competencies and completion of annual mandatories surrounding indwelling urinary catheters. Supports operations by demonstrating ability and willingness to float between units as an RN and provides 1:1 patient observation when deemed necessary Qualifications Associate’s degree in Nursing required Bachelor's degree in Nursing required within 3 years of hire. Graduate of CSMC Residency program, or Minimum of 1 year acute care RN experience required Related experience preferred. Current NJ RN license required. CPR Certification required.
