Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting, with at least one (1) to two (2) years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care centers. Responsibilities Supervise, develop, and schedule the resident services staff according to Atria’s policies, procedures and standards.
