About Us The LPN or MA will assist the physician or provider with patient care in the Outpatient Wound Care Clinic. The clinical LPN/MA will prepare patients for provider visits by taking vital signs, removing dressings, cleansing/measuring wounds per policy, inputting data into EMR, relaying patient information to supervising RN or provider, and placing wound dressings as ordered. The LPN/MA will also assist with clerical duties as assigned in order to support a collaborative team.

Overview Responsible for the delivery of acute/emergent cardiac patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation; responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices; collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
