Job Overview Fairview has an immediate opening for a Collection Lab RN at the Clinics and Surgery Center on the University of Minnesota East Bank Campus. This position is approved for a 1.0 FTE (80 hours every two weeks) and consists of 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with start times between 6:15 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Weekend rotation is required approximately every 8th to 10th weekend, and holiday coverage is available on a volunteer basis. The Collection Lab RN performs both independent nursing and delegated medical functions. The independent nursing includes assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for assigned patient population(s) in the ambulatory care setting.
