Overview JOB SPECIFICS Join an established Primary Care practice Perform patient assessment and assign diagnosis based on recorded assessment data and current scientific and current research. Establish plan of care and implement interventions in accordance with care paths, protocols, standards of care and current research. Provide education and counseling to patients, families and groups. Clinic hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm Excellent work/life balance with no call or weekends. This is a salaried position. Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement. Communicate information to nursing staff, physician, health care unit supervisory personnel or other staff as necessary. Additional Details We are looking for help on the day shift (6a-2:30p) and evenings (2p-10:30p). Our PRN staff works at least 4 shifts per month. Qualifications & Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Experience Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience Licenses/Certifications Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
