As Registered Nurse 1 Psychiatric, you are a vital member of a multi-disciplinary team focused on providing compassionate care through patient-centered and recovery-focused mental health services to individuals with serious mental illness. Duties will include but are not limited to: managing patient and research subject admissions; conducting diagnostic interviews and therapeutic interventions with patients, research subjects, and families; administering emergency interventions including patient de-escalation and monitoring; administering medications in collaboration with the medical team; supervising staff; and providing quality nursing care as a member of the multidisciplinary unit team.
