What you'll do The Medical Oncology Nurse provides specialized care to cancer patients by administering treatments, monitoring progress, managing side effects, and offering emotional support. In collaboration with other healthcare professionals the Medical Oncology Nurse helps develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Job Summary Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office setting to patients, families and caregivers in the Medical Group practice. Uses the nursing process consistent with acceptable standards of the profession and MVHS Medical Group. In order to support our mission, Helio Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work on a Full-Time basis for the Mobile Medication Unit as part of our Utica Opioid Treatment Program providing clinical services to patients in Oneida and Fulton counties. The schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday from between the hours of 5:00am - 1:00pm through 6:00am - 2:30pm. Overview To support the Mission of Helio Health, Inc., the CTI Licensed Practical Nurse will provide comprehensive care management and coordination of services to Critical Time Intervention (CTI) program enrollees.
